Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct

At RGF Staffing, we believe that success and ethical conduct go hand in hand. Our Code of Conduct sets out the foundations on which all our employees, partners and suppliers work together — with respect for people, fairness in the marketplace and responsibility towards society.

Being a good employer and employee

The foundation of our organisation is a safe, respectful and inclusive working environment for everyone. Our managers lead by example and actively embody our values.

Good working conditions

We guarantee fair, safe and healthy working conditions for all employees — whether at home, in the office or on the move. Our commitment is rooted in respect for the rights and contributions of every individual, and promotes equality, respect and opportunities for all.

Human rights

We are committed to respecting human rights and labour rights in every aspect of our activities. We recognise that every individual is entitled to fundamental rights and freedoms. Our leadership embodies these values and sets the tone for ethical conduct across the organisation.

Inclusion & Equality

We firmly believe in a workplace where everyone feels welcome and respected, regardless of background, gender, age, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, neurodiversity, disability or marital status. Through programmes such as RGF Connect, we create opportunities for people who are distanced from the labour market.

Anti-discrimination & Anti-harassment

At RGF Staffing we operate a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, discrimination and human rights violations. We prohibit any form of discrimination and harassment, whether verbal, written, psychological or physical. We foster a safe environment where people can work comfortably and feel secure.

Health, Safety & Wellbeing

We aim to prevent occupational accidents and to continually reduce physical and mental harm.

We actively assess risks and take appropriate measures. Every individual has a responsibility to act safely and to encourage others to do the same.

Ethical business practices

Integrity is the cornerstone of all our business decisions. We act honestly, transparently and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the countries where we operate.

Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations on the protection of personal data — fairly, lawfully and transparently.

Fair competition

We respect competition rules and do not permit any form of coordination with competitors that distorts the market, including informal exchanges based on commercially sensitive information. Compliance with competition rules is essential to our success and our reputation.

Conflicts of interest

We avoid situations in which personal interests intersect with business interests. Employees are required to report any (potential) conflict of interest. Transparency is not optional.

Anti-fraud & Anti-bribery

Zero tolerance for fraud, corruption and unauthorised gifts or benefits — from or to any party. Any conduct intended to deceive others is unacceptable. Illegal or criminal acts are reported to the competent authorities.

Financial integrity, Money laundering & Insider trading

We prohibit any form of money laundering and insider trading. We carry out our financial activities to the highest standards of accuracy, transparency and accountability. Any breach of these standards is addressed immediately.

Sanctions & Criminal contacts

We prohibit any business relationship with persons or organisations on official sanctions lists (UN, EU, US, etc.) or involved in criminal activities. Where criminal activity is identified, the relationship must be terminated immediately and reported.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

We deploy AI ethically and transparently, with particular attention to risks of discrimination, bias and privacy. We comply with the EU AI Act and other applicable regulations in all regions where we operate.

Responsibility towards society

As an HR and staffing company, we hold a unique position: we connect people with meaningful work. We believe in a sustainable future in which work is accessible to everyone. Our sustainable business model combines human capital, inclusion and environmental impact.

Our five commitments

  1. Inclusion & Belonging
We create workplaces where everyone feels safe, heard and valued — not in spite of who they are, but because of who they are.
  2. Equal opportunities for all
Work must be accessible to everyone, regardless of background, gender, age, ethnicity, nationality or disability. Through RGF Connect, we create opportunities for people who are distanced from the labour market.
  3. Learning & Development
We help people not only into a job, but also to acquire the skills they need for tomorrow's labour market.
  4. Ethical business
We recognise the impact of our sector and are committed to fair working conditions and compliance with international human rights standards.
  5. Environment & Sustainability
We aim for carbon neutrality by 2030 and integrate sustainable choices into all our activities, in partnership with all our stakeholders.

Reporting breaches & complaints

Anyone who suspects a breach of this Code of Conduct, applicable legislation or related policies can and must report it. Violations of our Code of Conduct do not only affect the individuals involved — they undermine our culture, reputation and the trust of all our stakeholders.

Reports are handled in the first instance through the procedures of RGF Staffing Belgium. Where local reporting is not possible, RGF Staffing offers an additional reporting channel at group level, so that concerns can be raised confidentially and responsibly.
