What is RGF Connect?

The RGF Connect program is all about building bridges and removing barriers, stigmas and prejudices. It is a global social program of RGF Staffing consisting of local initiatives that support people at a distance from the labor market with education, training and employment. Through RGF Connect, we want to offer real life opportunities to more people.

This project also contributes to our goal of being the most sustainable HR provider in the world by 2030.

In Belgium, through RGF Connect, we are creating career opportunities for people with hearing challenges.

Hearing loss can have a huge impact on daily life and on one's sense of contribution to society. It is often more difficult to find a suitable job and an employer who adapts to the possible needs of an auditory challenge.

This is why RGF Staffing Belgium is launching the RGF Connect - HEAR2WORK project with the objective of guiding candidates with a hearing challenge to a suitable job. Thus, on the one hand, we reduce the gap between people with hearing loss and the labor market and society, and on the other hand, we promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

How does it work?

  1. You register for an introduction and are contacted within 48 hours
  2. You have an extensive personal interview about your profile, expectations, objectives, challenges, etc. with our specialised recruiter
  3. You will receive coaching & support in function of your strengths & weaknesses, drives & obstacles by a specialised team to maximise your career goals
  4. Throughout the process, you will receive regular feedback & communication on progress in the form of personal interviews & e-learnings
  5. The team will work to find the ideal match between you and one of our clients
  6. Upon a good match, we guide you & your new employer in creating the perfect workplace
  7. Until 1 year after employment, the team follows up the new partnership & you attend an annual master class based on your needs
